My Shifting Season After a Job Loss
After dedicating 18 years to one company, I experienced an unexpected life transition at 56. What could have been a setback became a defining moment. I chose reinvention—and now I help other women do the same.
As an ordained minister, certified life and grief coach, and group facilitator, I have led individuals through grief recovery, discipleship, and personal transformation. I have also shared my insights as a guest on multiple podcasts. While many focus on helping people cope, my work centers on what comes next—supporting women as they rebuild, redefine, and intentionally redesign their lives.
With a Master’s Degree in Leadership and a professional background in acute care, long-term care, and durable medical equipment, I bring both clinical understanding and lived experience to every space I serve.
My leadership and service have been recognized with the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award and a Humanitarian Honorary Doctorate.
Today,I help women over 50 who feel stuck and uncertain about their next chapter rebuild their identity and move forward with clarity, confidence, and direction.Through my Next Chapter Method, I guide women from living by default to intentionally designing a life that aligns with who they are now.
